For the life of me I don't understand the logic of a line before the line and how that should take precedence over multiple notices made by the band. If they say 9, why can't that be good enough for people?
I'm also way too old to have conflict over stuff like this. So I guess it'll be what it'll be tomorrow.
Exactly. The venue has made it clear so I don’t see how people can take any comfort whatsoever in lining up so early.

Lots of venues have a similar policy, but people usually find a way to line up earlier and then keep their place once the "official" line starts

Because they do it every show and the venues always honor the unofficial line despite the official policy that no lines are allowed before X.

If there’s 40+ people who are willing to line up for over 24 hours, what would happen at 9am tomorrow? Who’s first in line when there’s 75-100 people all there at 8:59am? Is it the one who runs the fastest to the designated spot?
The morning of Hollywood 1, there were over 100 people in line waiting for wristbands at the food court. Then employees said they would start passing them out at the venue entrance about 100 yards away and all of a sudden everyone went Lord of the Flies and sprinted to the other side of the casino pushing each other and otherwise being horrible examples of humans.
The “unofficial” line before the line is a way to create structure and order to something that would be extremely chaotic and miserable. Pearl Jam keeps saying they want GA to be first come first serve and camping offsite keeps structure and fairness for those who put in the time to do it.

Buy one get one free - FS: Two tickets N2 Raleigh Sec 130. Tickets are posted and sold on Ticketmaster at original face value. We can arrange a time, and when they sell then I'll send the buyer the price of one ticket. I'd rather lose half than the price of both tickets
