He's always been my favorite artist, but he's also kind of an afterthought for me these days... outside of Tonic Immobility, I haven't REALLY been interested in much since Sol Invictus, and that was 10 years ago. Dead Cross never really did it for me, and while I loved the whole Bungle reunion, I can't say that material does all that much for me either, at least compared to the material that got me into them in the '90s.

I'm happy to see anything booked, but considering the circumstance of Tomahawk cancelling their tour and the comment w/ this Bungle announcement saying they had planned to take the year off... idk, things seem bleak.

This is literally exactly how I feel. Thanks for summing up my thoughts so I didn’t have to

I agree with most of this except that I do like the thrashier Bungle stuff.

I'm glad I went to as many FNM reunion shows as I could. It seemed like they had some momentum at the time and fortunately I didn't take that for granted

Would love a Tomahawk or Fantomas tour but mostly just hope he's doing ok.

Agreed. I caught 6 different shows during the reunion show and got so many different songs. I’m forever grateful for the chance to have seen them at what I think was an incredible phase for them.

I was at both nights. Those were the first two times I’ve ever seen them. It was one of the best experiences of my life.

Same and same. I had been waiting 15 years for that. Was not quite going to shows when they last toured in the later 90s. Did not disappoint at all.

During Crab song Patton did a front flip into the crowd about 2 feet to my left. It’s was fucking insane. I left both nights soaked. Remember how hot it was?

Oh man I do. Was maybe the first time I was in Williamsburg and my buddy and I had a solid pregame before the show. Would definitely skip that part if I had it to do again.

Something to keep an eye on today - Ipecac is having an archive sale. Mostly CDs but Tomahawk and Kaada/Patton are on the list. Who knows what else.

Not sure what I need to impulse buy

I *think* this is the link, although the webstore is wonky.

    https://www.blixtmerchandise.com/

At this point, I would be happy just to be able to buy a decent Tomahawk shirt with nothing on the back, but I digress.

I got the same email as PJ44, and if there was a direct link to a secret page in there, I missed it.

Sorry got busy. Yeah they only linked to the store. Wasn't clear what was from the archive aside what they listed out in the email.

This made me realize that I either misplaced or sold my ISIS DVDs. Not sure what I was thinking but glad they were in stock at a reasonable price.
