Never actually asked this before, but if anyone snags and extra one of these I'd love to have one. This is the kind of "Jaws is my favorite film and Pearl Jam is my favorite band" crossover I've always wanted.
Can someone post a decent photo of the skate deck please? My wife and I didn’t arrive early enough on night one to even see one.
Missed out on the show specific shirts as well. Kinda bummed about that bc that red speedboat flies past my apartment building everyday.
Night one had some amazing and classic PJ moments but it definitely had a “first show of the tour” vibe…the pacing seemed off and Ed had a lot to say…seeing Petty’s guitar get played was cool. The new guy in the back seems like a multi-instrument genius and definitely adds some cool stuff to the bands sound. It seemed like Mike and Jeff got to bounce around and be less serious bc that guy was back there to keep things going. As always, BOOM crushed the Crazy Mary solo and Mike joined in nicely. Rant over.

Doors were supposed to open at 6:30 but they let people in early. I got in before 6:30 and got shut out of a damn show shirt, sticker, and license plate!
Gotta be a better way.

Loved the new closer though!
There is one on e bay for only $450 if you want a real good look
What’s with all bootleg NIGHT 2 Hollywood shirts up on eBay, but none of the NIGHT 1 shirts? Have the bootleggers not found that art yet? They love the flamingo!
I’m certainly not a fan of the all the knockoffs from the Philippines, Brazil, or Sri-lanka and I know they come on shitty blanks and off colors but I’m not paying $120+ for a t-shirt…so I’ll take a bootleg, but where the heck are all the NIGHT 1 shirts? 🤷🏼♂️🙄
and fuck the guy selling bundles of all the show specific gear for $249 a piece….hes got all the shirt sizes along with plates, stickers, buttons and tokens. No way he even went to the shows. Just showed up to the casino, bought tons of merch and fucked the rest of us.
Hard Rock guessing wasn't a good spot for bootleggers, the casino isn't going to let them into the casino, and not a ton of driving in and out
The bootlegged Flamingo NIGHT 2 t-shirts were up on eBay by Friday night, a full day before the actual concert. But I still haven’t seen a bootlegged Guitar Hotel/Speedboat NIGHT 1 shirt yet…it’s just weird. 🤷🏼♂️

Nah it was a field day- free parking, comfortable ball room to wait it, no limits on purchases, casino lets everyone in. A food court to eat at if needed. The Thursday show shirt wasn’t even available the afternoon of the show

SMH, I had guessed they would do the same thing for N2 they did for N1. We were in line N1 an hour before doors and still got shut out of almost everything. I got an event sticker and the event tee in XL and that's it. I waited for hours for the early merch on Friday and only got a N2 pin! I hope they don't mess up like this the rest of the tour. Every show I was at last year they still had the event merch inside if you were there early enough.

it was a total shit show. The merch was available all day outside of the venue, inside a casino, for ANYONE to buy as much of ANYTHING they wanted. People showing up for the show never had a chance at ANY of the show specific merch.

I hope the rest of the tour is handled better.
So for N2 I went to the ballroom and was told that show specific things were only inside the venue...and unfortunately I still missed out despite getting in before the slated door opening time.
But what about N1? Did the ballroom have the show specific things there all day, until it pretty much got sold out?
Not good. Just sell the merch inside the venue and save everyone the hassle of not only lining up for the show early, but lining up for the merch early and on multiple days. You'd think after 34 years this would all be down to a science.
Also, there needs to be a 2 item limit on EVERYTHING...not just posters and skate decks.

The easiest solution would be sales only inside the venue, so that the only ticketed fans can purchase. They will still sell the merchandise, and it will keep the professional flippers with no tickets at bay.

N1 was terrible, we were in the line to get in an hour before doors opened. I don't know what GA had access to since they were let in first, but I only had roughly 20 people ahead of me in the merch line and the only show specific items left were the sticker and the tee in some sizes. I don't think they had any license plates or skate decks inside, at least not by the regular door time.

When did they start letting people in for N1 (I was at the bar skipping the opener, which I should have done for N2)?
N2 I got to the entrance at like 6:15pm and there was no line, so not sure when they opened the doors, but I figured that they let people in early because they were clogging up their casino. I got in one merch line and my wife the other and she said she saw the last flamingo shirt come off the wall as soon as she got in line.
They need to ditch the out of venue merch stand, and make sure to let the GA people in the same time as the seated people to give everyone an equal chance at the merch.

Looks like the zoom-in-picture above missed one detail because it was for the face/head thing at first.
Any ideas?
