Starting a new thread since the last one was locked and shows no signs of being opened up again.

Another instance of guilty until proven innocent. I just can't believe the shit minorities are being subjected to. Sitting in jail after having done nothing besides be a passenger in a car on the way to work. Way to go Florida State Patrol. Maybe put some efforts in to stopping mass shootings at your colleges instead of playing round-up the brown people

    NEW: There is planning underway for an imminent U.S. military deportation flight under the Alien Enemies Act, a U.S. official told ABC News.

    being cynical and selfish for a minute , I should see cheaper flights and hotel and retal for our combo 2nd honeymoon to vegas in October where we will also witness my  brothers retirement ceremony after 42 yrs in fire protection with the Air Force. 20 active duty,  22 yrs as civilan fire chief.....

    The country of Barbados will NOT let you enter if you don't have either a return flight or a place to stay.

    In other countries if you do not have an "exit stamp" you will not be permitted to leave that country.

    If you do not check in with local authorities prior to leaving you will not be able to leave certain countries either.

    Things like that article are more common then you'd think in other countries.

    Even if you have probable cause I don't think that is remotely legal but there must be literature on an Alien Enemy and why it would be legal in that case.

    Is this like labeling someone an enemy combatant and locking them up?

    Seems That way. But we also know how cops love to use loopholes. I worry that maybe anything can now become an “oops we thought illegals were here”.

    and is that or had that been in place here? prior to this administration.  If so , wouldn't that have been explained when aplying for the visa to be here?

    I hope the dept will be as transparent as possible as to all the evidence to corroborate the charges! If guilty as charged adios you can’t be in any country illegally and think it’s ok to be committing crimes, even though these days they can just snatch off the street and send you away
