    Specific show-day-merch should be only available in areas after the entrance = for ticket holders. Plus limited amount per person.
    People without concert ticket can buy show-date-merch / what’s left via the online shop X days later.

    such a scenario was my first thought yesterday - and lead to what seems a basic point:
    access to show-day-merch only for ticket holders after the entrance. 
    plus in this context: no re-entry to the venue with a scanned ticket (+ wrist band or anything)

    So, where was the merch stall located - in the venue or outside even before the entrance / ticket scan?
