Food court is the location right now

I thought this was the merch line waiting spot.

Makes me feel better that I’m not gonna be 150 people deep in the merch line when they let us head in that direction. Hopefully….

Wouldn't it be funny if the world ended in 2010, with lots of fire?

Numbering is good. No need to stand around all day.

So you can get a wristband and leave?  That seems like it contradicts the earlier statement from the 10C.
  • Shaindli1Shaindli1 MA Posts: 1,223
I think 10C meant fans cannot do this on their own.

It would be incredible if they take the extra step of drawing numbers when everyone returns. As in they draw "77" and that's where the line starts instead of "1."

Making this the default process is the best way to deal with all the shenanigans and other negative effects that come with these days long lineups. It's fair, safe, and allows people to relax. There must be some challenges in running it that I'm not thinking of, otherwise I have to believe more bands would do it.

No they were given out by the venue. 8am they started handing them out you until 3pm.

It was pretty poorly run to be honest

We lined up twice just to be told the line was going to be at the venue entrance so everyone ran that way. People got i  front that did not wait very long. Is what it is.

    we are seeing PJ tonight!

If you have a few hundred or couple thousand people it's gotta be challenging to get everyone lined up in order and deal with cutters so you're probably weighing that against the status quo

The old Springsteen way (at least through the wrecking ball tour). Imo, the most “fair” way to give everyone a chance at the rail / up close.  The chance of shenanigans (cutting, letting in friends, etc) is minimized. Also, not everyone has the time to line up all day.

Thanks for this. Were there a lot of people in line at 8? Do you know if people were waiting overnight?

Going to be an incredible two shows. Enjoy

Can anyone explain this… so you line up early and just stand in the spot on the pit the whole time? I’ve never been in a pit like this and just don’t get the etiquette .. thanks.  Do you piss and get a beer ?

So if I'm understanding this correctly, on Saturday I should show up to the food court before 8:00AM?

Some people sit in their spot on the floor in the pit. Chat up people around you and most times* they remember you if you need to leave and return to your spot.

    *No guarantee 😄

Yes make friends with your neighbours and before PJ you can easily go get a beer or bathroom break.

Wear a unique jersey to the show, and on your way out of the pit from the rail, offer to take out peoples' trash.  When they give you a hard time about getting back to the rail, remind them "Hey!  I'm the guy that just took out your trash!"

My question, once you get your wristband do you have to scan your ticket again once you line back up in the afternoon? It may be TBD but would like to better understand the process.

Never fall for the trick. Tap on the shoulder. 'Hey my friend/wife/mother/kids are up there' my response "text them to meet you back here'
