Well, kinda. Let me explain...

I'm traveling down to NC for night 2 (May 13), which happens to be my birthday- my 50th birthday. I've never seen them on my birthday before, so I had to make the trip for my 50th.
The craziest part is that this will also be my 50th show. Unbelievable. When the tour dates were announced I was shocked. I still am. I can't freaking wait.

We're one month away, and ain't no party like a Pearl Jam party......

I might be getting old, but I can still shake a tambourine like a badass. So PJ if you're listening (and we know you are), holler if you guys need a little help up there. I'm your guy....

    Hey buddy, same here! May 13th is my birthday as well and I'll be in the pit with my P.E.S.T. hat on if anyone spots me, haha. I'm was also very shocked and incredibly grateful as I live in Raleigh and went to NC State, so I get to see the boys where I used to watch my team play basketball. I was thinking, what are the odds my favorite band not only returns to Raleigh after such a long time away, but it's on my birthday and I got fucking GA! I won't be able to get there soon enough to be on the rail, but I'll be as close as I can. 

    But that's incredible that it's your 50th bday AND 50th show, hope you have a blast!
