    grilled up some tomatillos, poblanoes, jalapeños, onions. Blended them up.  Seared up pork. Degazed pan with some beer. More onions, yucca, potatoes,  more beer. Now simmer away.

    Hit it with some lime. One of the best things I made. Everything just worked.

    Have friend visiting from out of town and this is what he wanted Sable board with wasabi tobiko added. From the cafe, which is MUCH less touristy than the original location. It was outstanding.
