    I've had those issues in the past and accepting all cookies cured it; I usually have that issue in Chrome Incognito mode

    That’s how I took it, although with enough obscurity to leave it open to interpretation. As in the link it says “We could be fighting together instead of fighting ourselves”. But a safe bet as to who Jeff was thinking of.
