That two step verification is the bane of my existence! I tried AmEx, Visa, MasterCard, click pay, PayPal —- all double authenticated!! PayPal was the quickest at least b/c I have facial recognition set up on my phone and the code gets copied right through the app so I can just insert w/o having to check the text or email. Still haven’t beat a bot or gotten any face value tickets on F2F but that’s my best option at this point.
Have you tried registering your Visa and Mastercard through their click to pay service? You essentially registered your card into the visa database and when you online shop with the card the verification text is not needed.
I believe it only works with purchases made in the country where your billing address is registered in.
I bought Neil tixs for Toronto, TM Canada didn’t ask for the verification code after the payment screen.
When I buy US TM tixs it gives me the verification code because my billing address is 🇨🇦.
a quick search online using “click to pay visa” and “click to pay Mastercard” should bring you to the correct portals to register your cards.
Did that. Still asks for code!
Lame! Then it’s a TM thing, because I bought Lady Gaga tickets today for a Toronto show and I got the code thing as well. When I use the card to order food online I don’t get the verification code.

I think each credit card company has a profile of each customer and if a transaction doesn’t fit the profile they ask for a code.

I’ve spent literally thousands of dollar on Pearl Jam tickets and on TM in general, if my CC company can’t figure out that as part of my profile they need better algorithms.

I don't think they sold out, I think they removed them and are playing games again!

Cool of you to try. It's frustrating to see some say they could cart but didn't complete transaction. They could complete and then sell to one of us. But, that also is not anyone's responsibility.

I'm under the impression that links might be working again, the tickets I've seen pop up in the last couple of days weren't cartable or weren't buyable once carted and disappeared from the map a few minutes afterwards, which makes me think someone else got them using the a link because they had a head start of 2-3 minutes between the link going live and the tickets actually showing up on the TM event page.
At least I want to believe that's the case and it's not someone using dodgy ways of carting the tickets before they show up on the map...
I am ready for anyone that wants to test out on a nash 2 single. Please.

0 for 2 on Nashville 1 links this week. Both time the links get stuck and my page never advances and then they pop up for sale and bots eat them alive. The ONE small chance we had to beat them is no longer working. I am going to give up until just before the shows, what a waste of time.

So I have had an issue with links for two months now where even when they’re not “stuck” in the system when I try to go to the checkout, the page never loads and it just stays on the “wait a minute” spinny wheel thing.
The way I’ve been able to fix this is by going to any show either on desktop browser or mobile browser, NOT the app, and carting any pair of tickets. Then I’m able to load the checkout on links again but only for like an hour at a time then I have to cart another pair of tickets.
Not sure if this would fix it for you but worth giving it a shot.
jesus christ that is awful. so what you're saying (I am doing this on mobile) is that I would go to TM on my iphone web browser and just cart any ol' pair of tickets before I get the link dropped to me. Once the link is dropped to me, it presumably opens a new page on my mobile browser. And you are saying you are able to move past the 'hold on a minute' spinny wheel thing with another tab open with tickets carted?

That’s correct, that’s exactly what works for me UNLESS the tickets are actually stuck like we’ve been seeing the last couple weeks as this trick doesn’t do anything for that. But I’ve had to do this for weeks now.
