    It counts as 1 vote. This is the fan ballot. It doesn't hold more weight than the other voters' ballots

    Every year I see the list and am shocked to see some that are not already in there. Then I look at previous years and am even more shocked at some of the ones that did get in.

    Oasis was way bigger than SG. Fact. Not that I agree that they should have been. But they were.
