Hello all, I live have tickets for both shows in Atlanta (I live in Atlanta).  But I have found two pit seats on a secondary seller that I might be willing to buy to upgrade.  Has anyone bought PJ tickets from StubHub, Vivid, etc?  They guarantee a refund, but I'm scared that they might not make good on the tickets for the show.  Any first-hand advice/

Yes. No issues for me when I did it at all last year.  I needed 5 tickets for one of the shows and got three on sH with now issues after I got denied in the 10C lottery.

I’m currently in a fight with Stubhub. Used them before and no issues. Bought some tickets to a local Drive-By Truckers show in Athens. The seller sent the tickets. They were for the wrong date. Then, the Eventbrite app would not let me claim the tickets, so I had no way to send them back to Stubhub. After hours on the phone and sending in multiple screenshots, they declared I would get a refund. They sent me the email that I would get a refund.

It’s been over a month and two phone calls. No refund processed. On the last call, they offered me a 25% coupon on a future ticket. I angrily told them no. They claimed they would “escalate” the issue. They even saw the email they sent saying I would get a refund. They claim I don’t get one because I didn’t send the tickets back, which they know I was unable to do so.

I have had no further communication, and I’ll have to call again. I’m still out the money.

I will never use them again.

Use your existing tickets and contribute to your retirement account the arm and a leg you’d have to pay for GA on secondary, which may or may not get you in anyway.

I'd be calling the Better Business Bureau at this point.

Just dispute it with your credit card company.  You weren’t sent what you purchased and you have an email saying they would refund you.  Easy win.

The one time in my life I’ve ever gotten fake tickets was actually through StubHub. Hampton PJ 2016. Spent probably 20 minutes on the phone without any resolution of course…
so I fucking snuck in. Walked around the venue and found the least guarded door. Waited for the poor lady to turn her back for a second and I dashed in and mixed with the crowd SO fast. Never had any issue after that, except my heartbeat from the adrenaline rush.
I got in the show so I didn’t really care in the end.

I’ve used stubhub dozens of times for sporting events… Football, basketball and baseball without any issues.  They’re a legitimate company but like any platform some scammers might take advantage.
