    Yes, rumor is he is coming over this summer.  He is negotiating buyout from his KHL contract.  But with the Russians can't trust it until they set foot on US soil.

    Yes, looking forward to seeing him in action.  Although first 4 games on the West Coast is not ideal. I guess get that trip out of the way is good for them but sucks for the fans to have the season start that way.

    Probably better for the team to play those games straight off when they're fresh. But definitely sucks for us, yes.

    I watch the first period. Ersson looked really sharp. Nice to at least have something to look forward to with this team

    I was at the game Saturday - invited to a suite. Nice first period but honestly I'm happy with the tank job. Very happy to get a 1st rounder for Laughts. Maybe I'll root for Toronto??? Yeah probably not. Maybe against one of those dumb sunbelt teams.

    I like Torts but this has to be his last year as coach.  benching of the young players routinely doesn't make much sense at this point.
