They've lost me pretty badly with this whole episode with Patricia Arquette at her sister's house in a small town drama. I don't even understand wtf is going on honestly. I must not be paying attention enough. Otherwise, really loving season 2 so far.
It’s her Aunt Sissy.  I think the real gist is that she is the real architect of the severance technology, not Jame Eagan.

Shit, really?? Yeah. I definitely wasn't paying enough attention. Now that you say that, I feel like I need to watch it again!

The last 5-10 minutes are really the only parts that I would find relevant to the finale.  Seeing the old Ether Mill and how the citizens of the town have been chronically scarred does speak to the shittiness of Lumon as a whole.  Also the fact they had children working in their mills.  Maybe it was to paint the corporation in a more negative sense for what it actually is.

You just never know when you’re going to need a severed tuba player. The epitome of preparedness.

The part where Helly takes the trombone from the kid and then shoves Milchick back into the restroom made me laugh out loud.

There were some heavy moments, but also some good comic relief like that trombone moment. Also loved the "the goat's name is Emile" and Milchick hauling ass after dropping Dylan's outie note to innie Dylan.

that Milchick actor needs a goddamn emmy for this episode alone. Holy shit that was something else. he is incredible.

and of course we don't get the payoff of gemma and mark at the end. it makes total sense since it's not the end of the show, but I couldn't help feeling angry at innie mark for being so short sighted and selfish.

Tramell Tillman is fucking amazing.  I’m liking Milchick as my favorite character.

I feel like we'll inevitably get a "milchick origin story" when the writers start to run out of ideas to move the plot forward. And I welcome it. I'd love a good Milchik arc.

I will say this.  I was hoping all season Drummond would get his ass kicked.  To see it was Gwendolyn Christie’s character was glorious.  She went all Breanne of Tarth on his ass.

It could be similar to the reintegration sickness that Peety had.  I’m curious to know how this will affect him in season 3.  Especially if he starts to go down the same path as Peety and his life is at risk.

Just saw an interesting easter egg on instagram in the show. Mark has a 2 storey house, while his boss/neighbour has a bungalow. Represents Mark being severed and her not.

Oh yeah that’s Keanu.  Ben Stiller confirmed it on his podcast too.

A list of shows to fill the Severence void in your life. Read good things about this Mr Robot. Watched the first season of the OA, which was good. It was only 2 seasons before Netflix cancelled it, despite great reviews. So be warned: cliffhanger ending with no payoff.

I still haven't watched Severance. Had to bow out of Silo. Just wasn't catching me and I got sick of Common and that fucking turtleneck.

I’m not able to view the list, but I’ve started The Leftovers.  HBO series between 2014-2017.  Halfway through season 1.
