Let's talk Season 2!  Or Season 1, if you want to reminisce!

I wish I was a sacrifice, but somehow still lived on.

Yes! Super excited. Just read this article to refresh myself on everything since it's been a bit since I watched S1.

I read that too!  I've also been listening to the Severance podcast with Adam Scott and Ben Stiller.  I can't wait!

How does one get Apple TV without an apple phone/account, etc? Maybe a stupid question.

Not a stupid question, but I don't know the answer.  I've been a Mac user for a couple of decades now.  I think there's an Apple Plus app you can download?

Pretty sure it's just a streaming service, has nothing to do with the phones. Just sign up like you would Hulu or Netflix. Then download the app on your smart TV or wherever you watch (if its not already there, mine came on the TV).

Maybe my TV is a bit too old. I checked there and don't see it. I have an android phone so the apple TV app isn't available.

Seems strange that they wouldn't make it more available to non apple users.

Our TV is a lower end model, but still a "smart" TV from 2020. We got the Apple app on it no problem. I thought it came factory installed, but maybe we had to go through settings and install it. I know we had to for some other apps, like HBO.
I remember when we got this TV. It was the first few weeks of the shut downs in 2020. My son was watching a western movie, and shot the bad in the movie with his water gun.

I downloaded the Apple TV app through my Amazon Fire Stick. So, if you don't have a smart TV, you can likely use something like that or Roku.

Yes Roku dongles are as cheap as $18.

Also season 1 of severance is on for free on the Roku Channel, which I believe can be accessed on any browser or roku app on android

Seems like episode 1 season 2 is setting up three episodes to see what each outie went through after the OTC was deactivated.

I haven’t seen any of season 2 and barely remember season 1 but one thing I was very much attending to was the subtleties toward end of season one that the brother in law was involved in some capacity.

So the Innies had gotten their hands on a copy of the BOL’s (Ricken) book and found it inspirational.  Mark’s innie had no idea Ricken was his Outie’s BOL until the season 1 finale.

Yes. Ricken dropped off the book gift wrapped at Marks house early in season 1. Ms cobel took the book inside lumon I believe and milchick left it behind during one of Hellys attempt to escape.

I think he left it in the conference room, and Dylan found it?

got a new TV...the older one was manufactured in 2017 so I think it was just lacking a lot of functions

It's amazing how quickly I can jump around now. Old one just didn't have the processing speed I guess.

I was surprised to get a free three month trial of AppleTV with it so that's cool. We started watching Ted Lasso lol

I try to resist and wait until all episodes are available...can't say I always follow that though.

I have a hard time remembering week to week.

I've gone week-to-week on the first two, but I like having the suspense between episodes.

I re-watched it a few weeks ahead of season 2.  It was worth the catching up for me.  A lot of stuff I missed the first time watching season 1.
