    Just from merch ($40 US for that single signed). Show was phenomenal! Got 2 more songs than any other stop on the tour including the live debut of Throw Me A Line.

    Report was a "non-life-threatening medical emergency" after sound check before the show last Thursday in Connecticut. Cancelled that show a little over an hour before show time, then cancelled balance of tour the next day.
