I have gotten the verification requirement using Amex when I’ve tried to get tickets multiple times in a short amount of time. The only one where I never have is a Citi card.
What worked for me is, I registered my MC and Visa on their individual click to pay portals.
Search online for "visa click to pay”. It will bring you to the visa website, and you make a free profile, and you register the Visa card with the card details and your billing address. Once the Visa card is registered in the database, when you use that particular Visa online, the verification code prompt disappears since you registered the card with Visa.
Same thing for MC, search for Mastercard, click to pay and register your card with them.
Since registering my cards, I bought Neil Young tickets on Ticketmaster Canada and wasn’t asked for the extra verification code.
I’m not sure if the extra step is waived if I buy tickets on TM US. I’m under the impression that when you register your card it’s only for transactions within the billing address country. An international shopping verification code is needed.

I enrolled. TY for the advice. I’ll try anything at this point.
Thank you to @danlee1095 for the tickets. It will be my brother’s first show. Also thanks to @Houryo for the head ups. Fans taking care of fans is what makes this community awesome.
@danlee1095 is the man! Stoked to see this, congrats on the successful transfer! Hope you and your brother have a night to remember!

I have an Amazon Visa from Chase - only one that works for me w/out verification.

Has anyone figured out which CC doesn’t make you double authenticate?!? I’ll never beat the bots if I have to check email for a verification code before checking out……
I’ve had luck with Chase. Citi’s been 50/50 even on their presales.

I can also throw in an Atlanta N2 single in Section 119. I’m willing to give up 2 singles to 2 shows for a FLA2 GA single or reserved pair (can include my GA).
Sorry I know I’m annoying 🙃

I have 2 spare tickets for Atlanta N1, section 110, which I plan to sell on F2F. If anyone wants to try to coordinate a drop please let me know, otherwise I'll post them and share the link here right away
Hey TM Experts - have a weird one and hoping for any insight! I have a timed drop for a pair of tickets in the works with a VERY kind member here and earlier today we tried the first of 2 tickets with a direct link while I was at work (we opted for 1 seat at a time to increase chances of success - this was the case last tour and seemed to work better). However, after I got the link this afternoon and refreshed the page until the ticket became available, I checked "I Agree" and clicked on "Get Tickets", then page then shows "Just a moment" and just spins and spins and spins - does not progress to the next page. Finally, I can see the ticket on the public TM page and I get the dreaded "These Tickets Are No Longer Available". However, after my initial disappointment the seller confirms that they were still able to cancel the listing and essentially re-claim the ticket. So odd!
Fast forward to 10 minutes ago - we tried the OTHER ticket and I attempted to purchase with my wife's TM account at home (different Wi-Fi network). The result was the same issue, same ""These Tickets Are No Longer Available", and again the seller was able to cancel the listing. I also had friends try to purchase with the direct link this time (I shared right away) and same story... So I think I've proven this is not an issue with the buyer's account, the network I was on, etc. Seems to be an issue unique to the seller.
Question: has anyone heard of this before?? Any suggestions on how to resolve? Is listing one ticket a time still advisable?
Thanks PJ FAM!
PS - gonna post the same question as a standalone post to get more visibility (so apologies for the double post).

Did the seller get an email or notice saying that the listing was now active. There’s sometimes a small window possibly minutes from when the link is created to when the listing actually becomes active.

Yup - received the email both times with notifying that the listing is now active.

This is strange. Appears to be sold out right now.
