Something definitely changed with switching between ticket quantity in the last few months. I never had a problem doing it for hours at a time and now all of a sudden after a couple minutes my map greys out and I need to leave the show page and go back in for it to reset.

general F2F tip question: do you need to refresh the page for new tickets to show up, or can you toggle between the number of tickets and it'll refresh on its own? Just curious bc the latter is much quicker.

You can toggle the ticket count and it will refresh the inventory list without reloading the entire page.
Just make sure you wait at least 3 seconds between toggles and don't toggle over 1000 times in a 24 hour period or they may block your account.

If you randomize the time between checks you can do it all day long (or until your login session times out) and never get blocked.  Or so I've heard....

in theory, if you log out/in again every so often that should help then?

Something is screwed up. I just tried a timed link drop with someone and posted her the link. Right way she got the notice that the tickets were no longer available. She tried a bunch of times and kept getting that message. Meanwhile it has been over 30 minutes and I have not gotten an email that the tickets have sold nor are they showing as sold on the tickets themselves. I tried canceling the sale thinking i could relist them for her again, but TM won’t let me cancel the sale. I did see them on the map for a while. Now they are gone - but I still haven’t gotten any indication that they have been sold.

What does the listing status say in your account? I think you can only see this in the browser not the app

It looks like TM let me cancel the listing. They returned the tickets to my account. But I only tried to cancel the listing after the person I dropped the link to was trying to buy them for over 20 minutes. So she was getting the not available message even though they had not sold yet.

I just sent her a new link. I hope it works this time.

Same thing happened again. I sent her a new link and she keeps getting "these tickets are no longer available" message. They show as still active in my account. I canceled again and will retry with her when this issue gets resolved. So annoying!!!

Are you ever getting a notice that your listing is now live?  Usually it takes a few min but I’ve heard of some taking up to a half hour.  Don’t know what causes this other than TM BS.

Yes. I got the notice that the listing was live. I even saw them on the map. Every time the person tried to buy them she got the “these tickets are no longer available” when they clearly were since on my end they hadn’t sold. So now the tickets are back in my account and we will try again later. I wonder how many of us get the no longer available message when the tickets are actually available.

several times yesterday, tickets would post. I would be right on it,. no longer available... I kept trying for 20 min and then was able to cart and only to get U504... Other tickets I would get U533, 521 etc and could cart again... One could hope TM has new BOT counter measures in place that is causing tickets to show as not available as it thinks it's being accessed by a BOT..

Any anti-bot measure would be amazing. However, if that is the case, it is also not letting real humans buy either. So, how can we sell if it is not letting anyone buy?

Yes, I agree, but it's TM so what ever they do fucks it up more.... My only point is if it means they are working on a fix, that could be encouraging.. but it could also be a false flag to show promoters they are doing something.. ( a smoke screen)

She actually saw better seats and snagged those. But mine did sell also. So, I guess the situation is fixed.

Raleigh Night 2. Any idea what these "MF" tickets might be? A bunch of them popped up a few minutes ago. I tried to buy a few of them but got an error message each time. Then they were all gone at once. Guessing it's a glitch, but maybe a precursor to a drop of some sort? They didn't show up on the map even when they popped up on the list.

In this case, I don't think so. There's not even an "MF" section listed on the map. And the error message I got was different than what you see when someone beats you to buying a ticket. I didn't screenshot it, but it was definitely a different message that included a numeric error code.

Interesting. I had a pair of tix for Pitt I tried to cart for 25 min and it kept telling me they were no longer available but wouldn’t take them down. I thought maybe that’s what was happening above

I've had that happen too. Supposedly those are "ghost" tickets that are never actually available in the first place, though I don't know why they get put up at all. That's by far the most irritating situation because it's such a waste of time!

This situation was quite different as they were tickets that are in sections that don't even exist on the map and came with a completely different error code.

GA ticket popped up for Raleigh 2 right around the time you posted this. Similarly, I couldn't get it.
