2 Tickets Pittsburgh 5-15

I’m guessing you meant 5.16? And they were probably gone before this post even hit. A little more of an advance notice would help.0

Thanks for letting us know. You had no obligation to anyone on this board to even post that even though the previous poster appears to think so.PJFAN0461 said:Just posted 2 tickets for sale on ticketmaster for 5.15 Pittsburgh Show0 -
Sorry my prev post came off a little short. Was in a bit of a hurry. I’m only trying to help us all collectively so that more tickets get into the hands of fans on here. By posting on here OP was obviously trying to help. Not the first person to do a random release, won’t be the last. Just asking that the next person to release tix take the extra step. It’s annoying that the system has made it this way but it’s what we are dealing with at the moment.bootlegger10 said:

I think the way to go if someone wants to help the community is to say they have tickets to list and if anyone is interested to contact them to set up a time for a drop with a link. Posting here after the tickets are already up is a nice gesture but won’t help anyone if the tickets are half decent.PJ: 2013: London (ON); Buffalo; 2014: Cincinnati; 2016: Sunrise, Miami, Toronto 1-2, Wrigley 2; 2018: London (UK) 1, Milan, Padova, Sea 2, Wrigley 1-2, Fenway 1-2; 2021: SHN, Ohana, Ohana Encore 1-2; 2022: LA 1-2, Phx, Oak 1-2, Fresno, Copenhagen, Hyde Park 1-2; Quebec, Ottawa, Hamilton, Toronto; MSG, Camden, Nashville, Louisville, St. Louis, OKC; 2023: St. Paul 1-2, Chicago 1-2; Fort Worth 2; Austin 1-2; 2024: Vancouver 1-2, LV 1-2, LA 1-2, Napa, Barcelona 1-2; Indy; Chicago 1-2; MSG 1-2; Philly 2; Boston 2; Ohana 1-2; 2025: FL 1-2, ATL 1-2, Nash 1-2, Pit 1-2.

This. There are probably more scalpers here than folks wanting to go to the shows, and those scalpers jump on the posted links. Links should be PM'd to known members.RatherStarved said:I think the way to go if someone wants to help the community is to say they have tickets to list and if anyone is interested to contact them to set up a time for a drop with a link. Yes. Posting you already listed doesn't help the community...0

Setting up a timed drop doesn't really work either. You can't out bot the bots. A computer program that is refreshing every millisecond is always going to beat out a human hitting buttons on a keyboard.gotthebottle said:Yes. Posting you already listed doesn't help the community...
Just open it up to the free market and let supply and demand take care of it like with everything else. If you look at the non TM events, it works just fine. When demand is low, prices go down, when demand is high, prices go up. But never does a garbage seat to a Tuesday night concert get listed at $1000 as a trick to scam somebody. That is bullshit. The fact that the band is behind this gimmick of throwing the name "Premium" on select garbage seats in hoping that some idiot accidently buys them is everything that the band used to claim they were against.

By the time you copy and paste the link, someone stumbles on the link and clicks the link, they are already gone and on the secondary market. There are tons of examples of proof on other pages here. Timed drops are set up, and within minutes they are on seat geek for 5 or 10x the face value. It's literally happening every day.SVRDhand13 said:

Just trying to save you some time. It might be easier for you to repeat your complaints in one thread than keep going from ticket thread to ticket thread making the same whiney comments everyday.RP123663 said:

I was able to score Pitt 2 tix a few weeks ago with a timed drop. It worked perfectly but required a little coordination with the seller who I was extremely grateful for taking the extra step. Just dropping tix like this just isn’t helpful for getting tix in the fans hands. It’s like if I wanted to donate to charity and I just threw a few hundred dollars out on the sidewalk and hoped that it went to the right person. It’s a nice gesture but the execution is flawed.RP123663 said:
