@MAMIAST From my end, I logged into my Ticketmaster account via the Ticketmaster app on my phone and made sure all my payment information was current and had my CVC credit card code ready to ensure the payment process would go smoothly. @runstaples texted me the direct ticket sales link immediately after they were posted for sale. I immediately clicked the text link which opened the direct ticket page in the app and it displayed that the tickets were not available. I kept re-clicking the "Try Again" button, which felt like an eternity, until the tickets finally appeared and then was able to add them to my cart and purchase. Thanks again @runstaples !!!

I'm also looking for a pair for night 2 if anyone happens to upgrade.

Does anyone know if there’s a setting you need to enable to get the link to open in the app? Whenever I click the link from anywhere, text included, it opens in the web browser

I just retried the link from my phone and it opened in the browser too. I thought it had opened in the app. Sorry about that!

Oh no worries, I’ve been having trouble with links— get stuck on the “wait a moment” spinner and it just never loads anything after that, so I was hoping there was something I could do differently to make it work

Unfortunately there is no way to do that. I think it cost me the opportunity to snag tickets from a poster here because of the delay. (Thanks again BTW.) It's strange because if I go to Ticketmaster.com on an iPhone their is a banner that asks if I what to open in the app. It does not do that for the links.

I've been looking for an upgrade forever. I'm celebrating a special occasion in May and would love a better seat or better yet, GA.

I'd accept that. Raleigh 2 is going to be the sleeper show of the tour. Completely unfounded, but I'm sticking with it!

At least until I can (hopefully) procure some Pittsburgh tickets.
