    This song kicks ass!!!! Ya know, I don't think I've ever seen an appreciation thread for it. I was just thinking the other day how it seems like quite a few album openers such as this song, LAST EXIT and Breakerfall seem to get little to no love. I personally adore LAST EXIT but ALL of these songs kick ass imo.

    Brain Of J is definitely a rockin song! I love those drums, I love that catchy little guitar and how it goes along with Eddie's fierce yet sometimes high pitch voice. It's awesome!!! Overall this is one of those songs that reminds me of Ed's amazing ability with that voice of his. Raw screams, scratchy fierce singing, high pitch melodies, and then throwing in some gentle soothing vocals to just mix things up. I LOVE IT! The song just mixes it up...period. Mixes it up and rocks the hell out. Always gets me going...GREAT way to start a fuckin awesome album.
