I'm staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Pittsburgh - Green Tree.

I thought about trying to walk it, but maybe an Uber is a better choice. I love walking, but that may be a stretch.
Thats a bit of a haul and Pittsburgh isn't always the most walkable city
It’s not in the city.. he’d have to walk through a tunnel or over Mt. Washington
my point exactly... right technically green tree isnt in the city... plus he'd prob get run over.
This is a good way to test his level of fandom.
Not sure I like where this conversation is going. But at the same time, I won't turn down a chance to test my fandom. :)

Your challenge.. get that greentree hotel room. Walk down 376 then choose your adventure. At this point you can either walk through The Ft. Pitt Tunnels and over the bridge and you’re safely in town. However, there’s no sidewalks so be swift, head on a swivel. Or you can walk to the top of Mt. Washington, take the incline down then proceed to swim across the Monongahela. From there it’s an easy 10 minute walk to the arena. Or if you’re just a casual fan take an Uber.

That's terrible.  Thank god this version of ticketmaster did not exist until recently as I would have missed out on so many shows.

ISO 2 tickets for Night 1, I struck out on 10C and Ticketmaster, unfortunately with my shared parenting schedule this would be the only show I can attend

It really makes me wonder if disabling ticket transfers on TM for PJ shows is worth it. Brokers are still going to do their thing regardless, to me this is just overly complicating sharing tix between fans. Thankfully (or not...?) there are laws that require transfers be open in Chicago and NYC. It made getting tix for Wrigley way easier IMO.

They could enable transfers within members.

there are alot of things they can do but the question is if they want to make changes.

The whole thing is annoying.  Direct transfers aren’t great either cause then your potentially dealing with more scammers, and people making side deals above face value.  But yeah now I feel like I have to pay attention to a dozen different places cause some just decides to post hey I’m dropping tickets in 3 seconds so hope you get this message in time.

IMO Direct transfers are way safer than sharing your TM log in credentials which is how some ppl share tix for these shows. Agreed though, its gets gnarly. I remember for Seattle 2018 I just waited until the week of the show and got a really excellent seat rather easily directly from Ticketmaster.
