    Yeah I just received mine as well and also got hit for a $25 customs charge. My bag was pretty much identical to yours. Couldn't be more underwhelming for a 2 month wait lol

    Iguess after seeing many boxes with four tee shirts PLUS a hoodie and scarf/license plate/etc I just assumed (my fault) the mystery item would be the equivalent of those items.

    I believe the "Mystery/Rare" items are the TMR Book (obviously) and the Halloween shirt (less obviously) -  The cards don't qualify as rare and were thrown into almost every bag at the start of the process. Seems like they must have run out of them by the end...where more stickers appeared to take their place.  I received a scarf and a Halloween shirt, but no cards...
