Hoping that one particular song is in the top 25, but with so many great performances of great songs I’m not holding my breath 🙏
Curious as to what it is. Top 25 should be on the way within an hour or so
Hi, I host a Pearl Jam Podcast. We go back to some of the classic shows in their history and break down the entire setlist front to back. From historic perspective, to performances, to setlist construction, to fan stories. We do our best to capture the magic that is their live act and help you relive those memories, or if you weren't there, maybe turn you on to a show you've never heard before.

Live On 4 Legs can be found on Apple Podcast, Spotify and any other major podcast platform. But please support our website and check out the episodes archived there. Oh, and the Concertpedia as well (for you Five Horizons and Two Feet Thick fans, we've picked up where they've left off)

That is an awesome list.  Thank you for taking the time to put it together.

I am grateful to have been at Ohana to see 3 of the Top 10 moments :rock_on:

Pearl Jam at Ohana 2024 was easily one of the best concert experiences of my life.
Can't wait for the next time...2025 perhaps?  :prayer:

Fantastic list but I have to say it....

Songs 2 and 1 do absolutely nothing for me and I never want to hear them live lol

The best part of Setting Sun at Vancouver 1 was watching all the people who tried to sneak out early during YL scamper back into the arena when they realized it wasn’t the closer 🤣.
The moan of mild disappointment when it was clear night 1 wouldn’t be a full Dark Matter show was moaned even louder at Vancouver 2 when Ed said they were playing a song never played before. When the first notes of Got To Give were played instead of the much anticipated Waiting For Stevie some people were absolutely beside themselves. The man beside me was still in total despair as we left the show 😂. Little did everyone know Got To Give would be the rarest of the new songs and a real gift to behold.

I thought the performances were really good, actually. Regardless, they are important moments and probably the biggest talking points from this tour

    Definitely disagree on that

Good thing you won't have to.  OTOTO
  • What I appreciated the most about Gremmie and Whale Song was the band digging out some obscure songs.  There weren't many unexpected songs played on the whole tour.

To add to that, these were the final Lost Dogs to be played live, so the circle of Pearl Jam is kind of completed… Comes Then Goes and weird Vitalogy stuff not withstanding. We have some closure on the what ifs that were always asked about and now we can move forward to other weird requests like Get It Back or Cready Stomp or something. Would Jack’s kid do Happy When I’m Crying?

I watched quite a few streams and I would say the long road opener in Philly was somewhere in the top 50, the show just started at a higher level and stayed there. Can’t Keep in Baltimore had that similar feeling. Man, what a great year 2024 was for pearl jam. Lukas Nelson on Just Breathe is an honorable mention as well.

    Great read, thanks!

Number 1 for me would have to be Hunger Strike in Sydney. Whale Song and Gremmie would’ve been fun to see, but Hunger Strike was an out of body experience.

For selfish reasons I was hoping for Light Years from Melbourne 2.

Had to pay tribute to Tom Pugh, that was an easy decision

I’ve seen a few people suggest that Hunger Strike be number 1. It’s a good argument. I went with the OTOTOs first because it seems very likely that we’ll never hear those again, while Hunger Strike I can actually see happening somewhere down the line. All 3 are deserving, everything is in the neighborhood

Since we didn’t double up on songs, Long Road LA easily surpassed Philly. Just Breathe Missoula probably deserved a better look, but honestly I was so annoyed by the song this year that I didn’t even register wanting to include it.
