    they did not say this. It said if your card was declined you would lose your tickets. I had this happen and emailed them and they also told me the same thing. It's unfortunate

    It’s a bit confusing.  They haven’t played anywhere near Florida since 2016 and I was rusty on how the system works.

    I think we've pieced together that this is for people that didn't have canceled 2016 tickets. They all got GA it seems for N1 and seats for N2.
