    Really sorry to hear, hopefully it works out.  Am stressing about Pittsburgh if I'm lucky enough to get pulled ... I have AmEx as pay method and called them and to tell them I didn't want anything declined for Tmaster today or tomorrow and they just said they don't do anything special and always monitor for fraud .. anyone have success or decline experience with AmEx on these lottery pull charges?

    Don’t give up hope. My card was declined last year and they retried the transaction the following day and it went through. Got my tickets no problem.
    Did you have to do something to request someone to run the charge again or did they do it automatically?
