    they did not say this. It said if your card was declined you would lose your tickets. I had this happen and emailed them and they also told me the same thing. It's unfortunate

    It’s a bit confusing.  They haven’t played anywhere near Florida since 2016 and I was rusty on how the system works.

    I think we've pieced together that this is for people that didn't have canceled 2016 tickets. They all got GA it seems for N1 and seats for N2.

    It's a bit weird that people are just getting GA notifications now. That definitely lends credence to the notion that these are all very independent processes being run as batch jobs. Like if GA/Res requests get filled as GA first, how did people with GA/Res get Res confirmations earlier today but others are getting GA now? Assuming the selection process actually ran correctly, the selection was done as a whole separate job. Then those orders were sent for processing (also as separate jobs)... and the e-mails are just a post-condition of the payment processing.

    Not super important but still interesting I guess. It doesn't change the outcome, but it would be nice to fully understand how the process works.

    I have both Atlanta and Nashville. I can’t attend both (Thursday shows only). Is there anyone that has two more ATL tickets that would prefer Nashville?  Fair swap.
