    I guess the old priority system kind of made that more of a probability. TM only really cares about getting money though, vs. any kind of fair system. Random lottery will unfortunately have some people scoring everything and some people nothing.
    Oh yeah. Could be a logistical nightmare. Could be complete indifference. Maybe a little of both. Just chaps my ass when it's happened to me for local shows.
