The Shipment “shipping partner distribution center” and “usps distribution center” are in pretty close proximity to one another 2 - 3 towns over. USPS distribution center is about 5 miles from my hometown now has received “Mystery Package” and showing in transport to “Local Post Office” out for delivery expected today. The waiting drove me mad

    Somehow this saves the customer (in this case Pearl Jam inc.) money. However it can add in some cases significant time depending on where in the country your package is going. USPS does not treat these packages as having any priority. It’s lower on their scale than ‘Ground Advantage’…
