    Huh, I live in MN, but maybe you can point me to the cess pools? Are they in the red parts of the state? I work in the city and live in rural and I feel less safe around the rednecks who get wasted and shoot semi auto rifles off at 630am on a weekend than the homeless with mental health issues wandering the streets downtown.
