    Same happened to me for Wrigley 2. Since they cancelled and refunded they figure there's nothing else for them to do.  Told me they couldn't be reprinted and sent.

    Here's what I've learned through my Ticketmaster nightmare (other than: their customer service is painfully slow and in no way seem to actually want to solve problems).

    According to them, at various times:

    1. "Resale orders are not eligible for the commemorative ticket purchase." So, if you bought fan-to-fan, you cannot get a commemorative ticket.
    2. "    Since you sold your tickets for this event the Commemorative ticket will automatically be refunded." So, if you bought TM tickets, then sold them via fan-to-fan, the commemorative ticket purchase is no longer valid.

    Basically, fan-to-fan negates all avenues to procuring a commemorative ticket.

    I am still waiting on Philly 1 and 2. I know for sure that while I upgraded Philly1, I did not use F2F. I sold mine to a friend and gave them the login - so I should still be getting the ticket for that. I contacted TM and they said that they escalated both of these commemoratives, and I should be getting them within 2 weeks. If they don't show up, ISO.
