Fenway 10 club seats

Hi ten club. Disappointed in my seats given we are below ground here at Fenway and can’t even see the stage. You would think row A. Awesome. But sadly not to case.  Not happy.

    Friends of mine had that exact same view in 2016.

    Similar situation for me and ended up buying different seats last minute. Hope 10C can sort me out.

    I was Box 74, Row D last night but am in Box 75, Row A tomorrow.

    That's incredibly disappointing. Doubt 10C knew they were selling you obstructed view tickets. Bumping this up in the hope they make it right somehow.

    If this happens to others, seek out Fenway Fan Services, they will move you if you are in an obstructed seat and your ticket doesn't identity it that way.

    It's too late now but asking the Box Office to be moved is always an option. The worst they can say is no and most are accompanying.  Just be polite and explain the situation. In this case you could say the view is obstructed and not makers as such on the ticket.

    A friend of mine had obstructed view seats that were not advertised as such as well so he went to guest services and ended up in a box.  Score!

    Ten club tickets have become a joke unless you have a number under 200,000.  The way tickets work now it’s just better to go a different route to buy.

    I'm sure it was less of a 10C issue, and rather just the size of the venue.....but its flat out embarrassing to have 20+ year membership 10C tickets and have them be behind a net or a pole.  I have no problem if they just have less 10C tickets next time....just don't take advantage of fans by putting them in bad seats.

    Has anyone had any luck contacting 10C about this issue? I have been told multiple times that they'll look into it after night 2, after Ohana, etc. I feel bad for continuing to follow up but I feel like I'm getting the run around... my tickets did not say obstructed view, and I shelled out another $150 at the venue to get a better spot. That's not right for fan club tix.
