I love it! Sorry but this post had to me made. All I hear is bad stuff about it and it's about damn time this song got some lovin. Despite it's extreme differences to the original, this song still kicks some major ass. Yes it may not have those awesome drums and it's missing a few OG lyrics...but so what?!?! The boys rebirthed this song. Everything I thought I would dislike about it (from all the stuff I heard) is actually everything I love about it. I finally got to hear it for the very first time at MSG 1 (the night of all nights) and I was in absolute heaven!! Now there are 2 versions of this song to love. Awesome!!

Anyways PJ, thanks for the "new" In My Tree. Thanks for mixing things up. I appreciate the hell outta it.

    HEY you know I was going to give LOVE to the NEW In My Tree:D

    I WAS there! I was BLOWN away by it, no drums, but hey, that was great though and brought new life into that song. I think everyone at MSG I was shocked to hear that song. I remember that we were all standing around, and then we realize what song it was, and everyone was screaming w/excitement. :)

    Good times and I am NEVER sick and tired of hearing this boot and verison. KICK ASS!!!

    I do love the new version, anyone have a link to the MSG song because I only have the Camden version. Even though it's great, Ed does come in too early at the end and I'd really like a perfect version of it. It was always my favorite song before and I really love the new version. Thanks

    old version is better. but not a big deal. either way works

    this version kinda surprised me, i heard it in camden, and at first i didnt know what it was, but it just is a very powerful song, i love it both ways, but the new version is chilling
    -one thing to remember, always have a good time, all the time

    i agree Kevin. It sent chills down my spine hearing that in MSG 1...it was quite a shocker!

    by the way.. Detroit 2 is one of the shows shows of the tour very underrated show
