Really nice to see all of the tickets going to actual humans on here. It’s been a while since we could say that. Looks like these links really are a way to help us beat the bots!
I imagine if someone did a timed drop and only shared the link with 1 person, the chances of success must skyrocket. Here I think we were all just competing with each other, or do we think bots can get into these sales too before they hit the map / main page inventory?
I think this is the way to do timed drops going forward. Set up a time and then send the link to only one person. Based on what happened today, I think this strategy has a pretty good chance of success.
Except it’s not a good chance. I was timed drop with a direct link for Philly 2 floors and was beat. I think we figured this out a while ago…the bots probably had access to all the direct links as soon as tickets were posted. I just don’t think they’re going for uppers
