They have that already for the jaded die hards, it's called Even Flow.

Yeah if there was less yak we'd still have 30 song sets but hey the band has to have a drink or a wee. Totally get it. I'm sure they have cues they give each other. Some type of head nod or code word that basically says Mike go wank on the guitar for a few minutes I'm busting to have a slash.

Tool regains momentum after their intermission so it can be done. Their tunes are longer and more aggressive too. PJ have more songs to choose from.and more moods they can set. So pretty versatile.

Tool has a very short intermission, 12 minutes, but their clever use of Danny’s drum solo afterwards maximizes the break and allows the non drummer fans a cushion to catch part of the solo while ensuring not to miss any part of the full bands second set or encore, however one wishes to characterize the last 25 minutes of their full band show.

Yeah, I think that the beer and bathroom lines would be insanely long and you would risk missing some of the show anyway.
Also, not knowing exactly when they would be coming back on stage, I wouldn't want to leave, so then I would just standing there needlessly waiting.
    I say keep it going.
Tool puts up a 15 minute countdown on the bigscreen
