Fan-to-Fan Tickets

I'm a rube on this, so bear with me.  I see fan-to-fan tickets in lower levels for the U.S. leg of the tour for sale on Ticketmaster for $400, $500, etc.  If fan-to-fan doesn't allow people to jack up prices, at what point were the tickets available at those prices?  Is that what they were going for at the on-sale?!  I'm used to getting tickets as a Ten Club member, so this is new to me.

    Yeah.. they paid those prices with buying premium. Those aren't 10C tix.

    Unfortunately I need to sell mine for wrigley on the 29th. Is it true I won’t be able to even through the fan to fan. New to this thanks

    My understanding is that you will be able to sell through f2f, but it just hasn't opened yet for Chi and Bos.

    My understanding is that you will be able to sell through f2f, but it just hasn't opened yet for Chi and Bos.  
    Also you can sell privately and transfer the tickets from the MLB Ballpark app the week of the show (Chicago only).

    Original on sale had tickets over $1,200.  Those aren’t reseller markups, those are face value.
