Looking for a drop on a good pair for N2. If you end up scoring yourself an amazing upgrade or can’t make the show please give me a shout. Thanks! 🍻

Ugh, it is soooooo long until these shows. Vancouver & Portland truly have awoken the beast again. Need more PJ.

To anyone worried about personal safety as it relates to homelessness and drug use, my (admittedly subjective) perspective is to put it out of mind.

We almost cancelled Portland after reading posts about a “failed state” and extremely dangerous street parking/walking. In our limited time there, it seemed less rampant than the 90’s and even the last time we were there in 2013. My family, including our 7 year old son felt completely safe.

i should qualify that this is by no means is intended to trivialize or minimize what is a widespread problem throughout many major cities (especially on the West coast). Also, we live in Vancouver, so could be more used to than others.

Anyways, the main point is, if you are mindful of your surroundings you should be fine.

Another day closer!!  Think they'll have any surprise guests join them on stage for these home shows?

Anyone from Seattle know if buses are re-routed off of First Ave N after hockey games and concerts? I need to catch one of two northbound buses that stop on that street but not sure they reroute after events.

Portland, Seattle, and Vancouver are all pretty similar IMO. Its a problem here, but to your point its not a warzone. Its not like NYC in the 80s. I don't think its to SF level yet (but maybe close). Same issues most metropolitan cities have in general. Not a fake news guy, but its definitely not as bad as some media outlets will make it out to be.

    Thank you!

They do sometimes reroute at T-Mobile so I wasn't sure if they did that at Climate Pledge too. Glad to hear they do not.

Good point. I never thought about that for Climate Pledge. My friend always catches the bus to the top of Queen Anne by KEXP after CP events. Thats how I know.

That is nice, now to figure out how to get it!  Is it an all day pass?  Or just to/from the show?

You have to download an app. There's instructions on the page. It's good for 2 hours before the doors open and 2 hours after the show.
