Completed Albums & Poll

Johnny AbruzzoJohnny Abruzzo Philly Posts: 10,477
What albums have you "completed" in your Pearl Jam concert-going? I'd expect the big-time show-goers to have a good number of them. Which ones are you close on? Assuming everyone uses the PJ Stat Tracker app. ;)

And do you think you will complete Dark Matter in your shows this year?

I have completed Ten, by brute force, since the band played it 8 years ago in honor of the "10 South Philly Sellouts" banner.

2 songs away for Vs. and No Code - haven't gotten Glorified G, Rats, I'm Open or Around the Bend.

Going to 5 shows so maybe I'll get all 12 DM songs...

P.S. Also completed Temple of the Dog, as the late Chris Cornell and co. played all those songs, also 8 years ago.

Among songs that have been performed live, I have seen every song from every Pearl Jam studio album performed live except "Bugs."

By the way, be advised that the PJ Stat Tracker app draws its information from this website, which has a lot of mistakes in its setlists (that they don't seem to be interested in fixing), so take that data with a grain of salt.
I gather speed from you fucking with me.

I have been to 12 shows (first in 2000) and have none completed, but one shy of complete for three albums, missing Oceans, WMA and Big Wave respectively, according to https://livefootsteps.org/

Ten..twice.  Need Deep once more for a 3rd time. Need Alright and Comes Then Goes to finish Gigaton and need Dissident and WMA to finish Vs.
    from 13 shows.

Going to 7 shows, so have a good shot to finish Dark Matter next month.

I use Live Footsteps. Gave up on PJ Stat Tracker several years ago

I have completed Ten and Vs. I need Around the Bend to complete No Code, and Comes Then Goes for Gigaton. The rest I need more than one song to complete.

I am aware they count WMA even if it was just played as a Daughter tag, which I would certainly not count as completed. I saw it at the bygone festival Made in America, right before they played 99 Problems with the festival's founder Jay Z. That was really cool.

No, they haven't played it. Not have they played "Master/Slave," "Pry, To," "Aye Davanita," "Stupid Mop," "Red Bar," "Hummus" or "Writer's Block." And maybe something else I'm forgetting.

Does Live Footsteps track your own stats as well as the band's? I'm having trouble finding it. Probably loser error.
Figured it out - it wasn't logging me in for some reason.

Master/Slave was played on the speakers as they were walking out for the Ten show. Guess that doesn't count.

They list songs in sets that were not played. For example, they have "Hold On" being played ten times, including an improv at Boston in April 1994 that included the words "hold on" but had nothing to do with the song "Hold On" that ended up on Lost Dogs and several other performances that didn't actually happen.

I've completed Ten, Vs., Vitalogy (except for the 3 oddballs never played... yes, I've seen "Bugs"), No Code, Yield (except "Red Dot") and Lightning Bolt.  So 6 out of 11 albums completed.

I was at the Vs. show in Greenville and the No Code show in Moline.

    43 shows since 1998.

20 shows, but only have Vs. completed.

Super close on Ten, No Code, Lightning Bolt, and Vitalogy (1-3 tracks).

I am a handful away on the other albums.

27 shows officially completed Ten, Binaural, and Backspacer.  Unofficially Yield (no Red Dot), and Vitalogy (no Pry To, Aye Davanita, Stupid Mop).  No Code I somewhat count as I’ve seen Sometimes and Around the Bend at Ed solo shows but no full band version yet.  The one that’s killing me is Indifference.  Only one on Vs I haven’t seen and yet somehow I’ve heard Bugs twice.  Need Big Wave and Army Reserve to complete S/T. and Bushleaguer for Riot Act.  I’m afraid Ive lost that one to time.  Saw the most shows that year too, and just recently found out it was crossed out at State College.

Same here for yield and vitaliogy. Although they give you the trophy for Yield since they’ve never played red dot. I’m one away on no code (around the bend), backspacer (supersonic), and avocado (parachutes).

I've seen Ten and Binaural. Just need "Around the Bend" for No Code, as we got "I'm Open" in Hamilton, and "You Are" for Riot Act. I'm missing the "weird" Vitalogy songs as well as "Bugs" and "Satan's Bed". Vs I'm just missing "Rats" and "Glorified G".

Ten and VS.  both full album shows within 13 days of each other.  VS in Greenville and Ten in Philly in 2016.

Backspacer missing just Force of Nature
    No Code just missing Habit
Vitalogy just missing the three weird songs so kind of take that one as seeing it all.
Yield missing just No Way if you don’t count Red Dot

    32 shows and counting

I’ve completed Ten and VS in just eight shows. Next highest is Vitalogy at 71%.
My lowest is Gigaton at just 16% but I’ve only seen them once since it came out.

#1 ISO Indifference…scratched from a Wrigley set. Finishes Vs for me.  Fingers crossed for 2024.

complete Ten and Lightning Bolt.  Functionally complete Vitalogy and Yield…just missing the songs never played.

need lots of work on Binaural, Right Act, and Dark Matter.

Just Binaural and only because I attended Toronto 1 in 2016.

Just need Deep to complete Ten.

All other albums require at least three songs to be fulfilled. 🤷‍♂️
