Among songs that have been performed live, I have seen every song from every Pearl Jam studio album performed live except "Bugs."

By the way, be advised that the PJ Stat Tracker app draws its information from this website, which has a lot of mistakes in its setlists (that they don't seem to be interested in fixing), so take that data with a grain of salt.
I can now add that my first sentence above remains true, including Dark Matter.

Need: (Some will prob never be played)

    Binaural - God's Dice
Gigaton - Alright, Buckle Up, Comes Then Goes
Lightning Bolt - Getaway, My Father's Son
    Avocado - Big Wave
    Riot Act - Can't Keep, Bu$hleaguer, Arc
Vitalogy - Pry, To, Aye Davanita, Stupid Mop
    Yield - Red Dot

I feel you can say that you’ve completed Vitalogy and Yield.

I've only got Ten (almost No Code, but I don't feel right counting "I'm Open" because I've only heard Ed play it solo, and only with the "chorus," not the spoken-word part that I consider pretty essential to the song) and Avocado. Still need:

    Rats
Satan's Bed, Bugs (and the weird ones, but...)
    I'm Open
    Pilate, PMPM, ATY
    Evacuation, Rival
    Cropduster, Ghost, Get Right
    Lots of BS songs
    Let The Records Play
All of DM - but hope to get them all between the two Vegas shows this week!

The band did not complete Dark Matter in any city on Leg 1. I guess we're gonna have to earn it. Or they are just never gonna play Got To Give ever again.

Upon hearing Garden in Vegas I "double" completed Ten, which, who cares. But it was really cool to see it and that was a better version than the one in Philly in 2016.

I was one song away from completing 10 (Deep) when I saw them play it front to back in Philly (the night before was the 1st time I got Oceans.... go figure)

I completed VS in 2014 in Denver when I got Leash.

If I was there the one time they played Stupid Mop, that would have 'completed' Vitalogy

    No Way would 'complete' Yield

Around the Bend would complete No Code

All other albums I'm missing 2 or more songs to complete.

I have completed Ten, by brute force, since the band played it 8 years ago in honor of the "10 South Philly Sellouts" banner.

2 songs away for Vs. and No Code - haven't gotten Glorified G, Rats, I'm Open or Around the Bend.

Going to 5 shows so maybe I'll get all 12 DM songs...

P.S. Also completed Temple of the Dog, as the late Chris Cornell and co. played all those songs, also 8 years ago.
I also got TOTD complete, as well as RNDM's Ghost Riding, Pixies' Doolittle, QOTSA's self titled and Primus' Sailing the Seas of Cheese.

I love when bands play albums front to back.

EDIT - not that TOTD did the album front to back, but I digress.

Technically I only have Ten at 100%, but I saw W.M.A. as a tag back in 2010, so I have Vs. if we count that. (Live Footsteps doesn't count it apparently).

Missing Tremor Christ and Bugs from Vitalogy.

Everything else I'm 4 or more songs away, but I hope to fix some of that this fall in my 3 shows. :)

I've only seen 3 songs from Gigaton, it's on the bottom right now since my last Gigaton show got canceled.

27 shows.  Vitalogy and Yield are just missing the filler so I consider those complete.  Was lucky to be at both Moline and Milwaukee shows for full albums.  Doubt I'll finish any other albums besides Dark Matter.

I'm missing WMA for VS and Satan's Bed for Vitalogy.

I applied for a passport earlier this year because my U.S. representative made it really easy by hosting a passport fair. At the time, I had no plans to travel internationally. My passport arrived in the mail on the day the tour dates were announced. I took it as a sign that I should do Vancouver as well as the other western shows. When I cast my vote for Rep. Brad Sherman (D-CA) in November, I'll be humming "Got to Give," which I would have missed but for the passport fair.

I mean, just my opinion. Full WMA is a tough one to get, but WMA tag isn't really hearing the song. It's got its own beat, riff, all that, while the tag is just some words sung to the Daughter outro.

Realistically chasing Help, Help to finish off Riot Act. Otherwise don’t think Comes Then Goes will happen any time soon. Outside chance for In The Moonlight somewhere outdoors. Would love to see Driftin’ and Strangest Tribe.

I don't know why they never play the full song anymore. It's still relevant. It seems like Ed could still sing it. Maybe Matt is not comfortable playing the rhythm.

Only including songs they’ve played live (excludes instrumental interludes, Comes Than Goes, etc).
Studio album songs I am missing - Get Right and Bushleaguer, so Riot Act is the only album incomplete.
Lost Dogs I am missing - Hitchhiker and Strangest Tribe.
    Also have not seen Angel.

Strangest Tribe is a bit of an annoyance having missed it as a) I really like that song and b) I’ve had it scratched off setlists twice (Milwaukee 2014 and one of the Philly shows in 2016).

A weird stat I have is that I’ve seen both In the Moonlight and Otherside three of the four times they’ve been played.

For studio albums, songs that are ultra rare for me:
songs I’ve seen once  - My Father’s Son, Swallowed Whole, Mankind, Around the Bend, Big Wave, Can’t Keep, Arc
Songs I’ve seen twice - Force of Nature, Parting Ways, Getaway, Let the Records Play, Bugs

Lost Dogs I’ve only seen once - Fatal, Don’t Gimme No Lip, Driftin’, Dead Man, Brother, Dirty Frank

I’d also consider the TOTD stuff they played at PJ20 super rate and unlikely to see again for obvious reasons.

Of note - I saw the full album shows for Ten, Yield and Binaural but had already completed each of those albums.

These stats only include PJ shows, excludes the two EV solo shows I’ve seen.
Currently I am at 82 Pearl Jam shows.
