Most folks are staying at either the Clarion, Hampton Inn, Courtyard or Hilton it appears. if you're on a budget like me, check out the Rodeway Inn on Main St. It's about $60, and only .8 mile from the Colonial. I know you get what you pay for, but it's got a pool and generally gets good reviews.

Also try pricelineing stuff now, gives you plenty of time to get a good rate by 6/16

Thanks. The Rodeway seems great for the price & location - close to the pre-party location too.
(It appears to have free parking, free wireless Internet & looks closer than Clarion & some of the others mentioned). I just booked there.
Why haven't more people mentioned this in the other posts?
    Locals, is it ok?
    Any others staying there?
    Thanks.

Pre-Party? Where? I'm at the Courtyard on Assembly St. Are we close to the Pre-Party?

priceline is a great way to go. I'm searching Boston hotels for this summer right now. 4 stars for $189.00 per night, but I'm still trying to beat that.

I used Priceline and got the Marriott on Hampton (about 1 mile away) for $51 + fees. Use the name your own price feature for a 3 star hotel in the central Columbia area. There are a few people on the board who have got it ranging from $50 to $70. Give it a shot...close hotel, fairly cheap.
