    Can anyone tell if the German tickets are able to be sold on fan to fan at this point?

    Not yet. 
    If you click on the plus sign in the app it says „ticket transfer not available“. Was told it says „resale not available“ in the browser version. 
    As mentioned before, we don’t have the real tickets with the barcodes yet. So I guess F2F will open once we have those in our accounts.
