Sacramento meet up?

Well, for those of us that made the trip to Sacramento from all over the world, we’re here so what’s the plan? Can we get a meet up  somewhere? Bar? Live music? Hotel? Anything? Let’s try and rally and have a good time anyway. Thoughts or ideas? I don’t want to sit in my hotel room depressed and lonely.

    I really am sorry for all of you that travelled to see the show here-Now that your night is open, can I recommend Tapa the World, Hook & Ladder, SacYard Community Tap House, Aioli Bodega, and Mikuni (downtown) for places to eat, drink and be merry....There are places on the Sacramento River - Rio City Cafe comes to mind.  Do not go to Joe's Crab Shack...just my personal experience.

    If you are still interested in seeing music a band (person?) called Dorothy is playing at Ace of Spades ($25)

    The Shady Lady is a really good bar on the corner of the block where the music venue is....highly recommended for preshow...

    Just bought tickets to Dorothy. How bad can it be? I’m sure it’ll beat crying in my hotel room.

    Booked Holiday Inn downtown when rumor dates first came out (thanks to facemeltor and his mom). Looks like a 5 minute walk to the venue.

    sacramento gonna rock ... hotel saywer a kimpton hotel is attached to to golden one center / has a fat pool overlooking golden one center / I will be there all day ... plenty of food and drink choices around the venue ... may in sacto gonna be in the 90's should be a great day

    Landing at SFO ~10:45am and hitting the road straight to the venue. Hopefully no delays.

    Why SFO? Should land at SMF... its 10 min from the arena

    The only direct flight lands at SMF @ 9:00pm.

            I was really hoping that it won't be the 101° with a high of 104°, cuz I know it gets worse than that. I had the keys in my hand for Sac '22, when we got the cancellation notice-

    Just saw the River Cats are playing the next day at Noon. Might just stick around and see a game. Have been meaning to to check them out sometime and I like minor league baseball. Of course if it is 102 I'll probably pass.
