MSG banner ideas?

So I have seats in row A of a 200 section opposite the stage for MSG2, which according to my research means I am in a prime location for banner hanging....and since I get a kick out of making them....any hot tips for getting it into MSG? And what should I put on it?

I was thinking of a song request...maybe "its okaaay" or is there some rare cover I should shoot for? I have always LOOOVED "dock of the bay" and would love to request it but I guess they just played it that one time so it might not be something they "know".....or just "pearl jam rocks"? "PEARL JAMMERS VOTE"? I dunno. Give me some ideas.

Im also not sure how I will be able to get it in....some venues they dont care at all, others they do. I have heard people will be allowed to bring in poster tubes to the shows on this tour, maybe I can roll it up and put it in a poster tube that I am bringing in?

oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

    haha, woops!
I had looked at the pictures of the seats:
    http://www.thegarden.com/seating/

And I think I was thinking that the purple ones were 100s and the first section of blue is 200s....looks like I was mistaken and im actually one level higher than I thought. Guess ill just have to make it a little bigger! :)

haha, mock my seats if you will but I bought these on ebay since the 10club (2nd presale...got shutout of first presale) seats I got were like row G in the 300s. Hope my 10c seats for MSG1 are better than that..

I would vote for Oceans, but chance are they won't see it before the first song... so go with "No Way"

    dont waste your time energy and art supplies;
    \

the bouncers at msg wont let you bring it in,

if you stash it down your pantleg and suceed in getting it in-

they wont let you hang it up along the cement wall from the 200 section wall,

and even in the chance they did let you hang it, it will be difficult to see being that the walkway will be directly in front of your sign.

oh and if anyone else wants to go for the banner or even a sign on an oaktag,

if you are anywhere in proximity to where i am situated, expect a qucik scream of "down in front" if you obstruct my view..

someone's been listening to their Madison Square Garden 9th July 2003 bootleg.

    ?

hey not only am i the optimist you typed of,

    im also a realist.
I didnt say anything about sitting down ( i stand throughout as well)
but holding a sign up above your head when people are behind you is just, well, selfish .
" down in front with the friggin sign " , is what one might hear if they are obstructing the views of people behind them.

    enjoy the show(s) !

i'm sorry to break it to you but your research on your seat location is bad, you are not in a prime banner spot. if you are in the first row of the 200s section that means that there are people in front of you. there is not walkway in the garden in between the 100s and 200s. just a bar, and right below that bar is a row of seats just like it was one section. i'm a ranger season ticket holder, i know the garden don't waste your time

If I had the opportunity to put up a banner it would read:
    VOTE NADER '08"

but that's just how I am.
