fresh from the second row...ME
Ed was sick and on some drugs that were effecting him somewhat, but he pushed through in amazing fashion.
Wishlist was an amazing sing-a-long, Ed said he had something to play if we sung along, I think we delivered
Untitled was a totally random creation and fun.
I'm One, yes THE mutherfuckin WHO baby, I was representing with The Who shirt I got at the VH1 Rock Honors show a few weeks ago, Ed was brilliant.
Ed ved off the audiences energy and love, and for our part we were rewarded beyond expectation. After the adlib creation, we got Small Town, and another great sing-a-long.
Ed also continued with many of the same songs he played on the west coast tour, but changed up one or two songs by playing them with a different type guitar.
A note on Liam Finn, another great set, and he did something pretty cool, he looped his drums, which was added yet another great demension to his show.
...hail hail the lucky ones, I refer to those in attendance"Music, for me, was fucking heroin." eV (nothing Ed has said is more true for me personally than this quote)

Just got back from the show - awesome awesome awesome. Even with Ed sick and on drugs, he was still great. Arc was unbelievable, and it was funny to see Ed in the white coat asking "would you like any drugs?"
But I just want to mention one thing - anyone sitting in Mezz right will know what happened. There were these two meatheads that were obviously very drunk and were standing when everyone else was sitting and just being loud and obnoxious. Security and even a cop came by to talk to them, but they did not seem to care at all about anyone else. People were telling them to sit, and they just cursed everyone out. At a show like this? C'mon, this was supposed to be a relaxing, enjoyable night, and a couple of drunk morons had to be "those guys." Someone should have just told them that Ed was not going to play "Alive" so that maybe they would have left.
I love Ed/Pearl Jam and their fans, but it sucks when a couple of idiots try to ruin a special experience like this for everyone.
Just my 2 cents...

As I was walking in, there was an usher telling people "no cameras, no cell phone cameras, please"......and then he said to another usher "yeah, that will last about 10 minutes". He was right.
I saw dozens of cameras, cell phones, blackberries all night, so there should be pictures aplenty!
Great show by the way. Much more than I expected.0 -
The setlist on the first page is missing "Rise" after "No Ceiling" and it is called "I'm One".0
