    What an incredible evening.

    Ed really gave it his all, being sick and everything. At one point it seemed as if he was experiencing a wave of feeling not quite himself and I truly felt he was feeling terrible about it...as if he was worried he wouldn't be able to deliver the stellar performance he wanted to give us.

    But he delivered magnificiently :D And the set list !!! OMG :eek:

    It was a truly magical evening. What a wonderful set list...from where I was the vibe in the House was one of love, kinship & joy.

    My husband didn't think he would be able to do 2 nights in a row (he has back issues) & I was going to take a close friend tomorrow who does not know Eddie but I know would be forever hooked if she came along. Unfortunately we'll need to break the bad news to her...after tonight there's no way he's relinquishing his ticket ;)

    The big highlight for me this evening...when we got to our seats before Liam came on for the opening there was an Eddie Vedder pick at our seats..and it had been used :eek:...you can actually see it worn down where it hit the strings. My husband thought it was pretty funny when I kissed it. Great start to a magical evening.

    Its the Letterman after show ... click Open with Real Player and then the Play arrow .. takes about a minute to open.

    I know Letterman likes to keep his auditorium chilly, but I still had to laugh at Mike for wearing a winter coat for the first half of the show :D

    Also chuckled at Ed's pronounciation of "Psychotropic" during the introduction of Severed Hand; it sounded like "Psycho-TRAW-pic" (instead of "Psycho-TROW-pic") - made me think of crazy people in warm climates!!! :D
