I submitted for Vegas #2 and Philly #1 both reserved seating.
I'm member # 173xxx and still no response by email. Anybody else
In this situation? I'm worried I won't get either show 😕

    Submitted for Wrigley night 2...................still nothing.  I expected nothing less than a train derailment for this lottery and I haven't been disappointed.

    Same here - 130XXX - Wrigley 2. Email says expect to hear by tomorrow night, so I'm hoping they're still working all this out.

    probably taking today to sort out declined card issues. Then recycling any tickets remaining. Then negative confirmation emails will go out tomorrow.

    I got both Vegas shows yesterday. Nothing on Philly yet.

    I've been shut out of everything. Ugh. I know many people go through this from time to time. Wish me luck with the TM pre-sale!

    Mentioned this in other threads, but just in case someone here didnt see it.  

    Be proactive and call your credit card company.  If you were selected, but the credit card company declined the charge (due to fraud alert or whatever), they may not have told you about it.  And it may not appear on your account at all.   You should call the number on your card and see if something was declined. 

    If you did in fact have a declined transaction, then reach out the both tenclub and ticketmaster, at tickets@tenclub.com and tenclubsupport@ticketmaster.com and they can hopefully help you. 

    Dont simply wait to hear back from ticketmaster if you suspect your card declined the transaction. 

    (If you didnt get picked, thats a different story, but you may not know if you werent picked, or if you were picked and the card declined automatically)
