    I have a theory: In order to limit complaining, they are waiting for the ticket sales to be over and done with before fixing the website.

    Yep the roll out of tickets is way more important than this issue!

    That’s the reasonable explanation. 

    Mine is not that it’s more important, but they are intentionally waiting to fix it. They want fewer people to complain.

    Well it's a service we have all paid for so is equally important. It's the only part of my paid membership that's relevant to me.

    @Sea Is it possible to have the web developers fix it quicker? Or are you put behind the customers paying Premium?

    Me either. I’m making do, but would sure be nice to have it fixed. Seems like it would be easy. There must be some complicated issue or I would imagine it would be wrapped up now.

    I have to log out and in a few times. Out of pj home and forum back in. Seems to work but annoying for sure. Maybe they will credit us for our aggravation? Seriously this is my social life :/

    Historically, forums for speech have been disrupted, by folks in control, to thwart critical chatter. Though,  I'm sure that's not the case here.
