Request has been cancelled

So far I have made (2) ticket requests to Missoula and Vancouver.  After about 10 minutes I received an e-mail from Ticketmaster support that both requests have been cancelled.  What did I do wrong?  I thought we had a few days to get this done.  Any information would be great.

    You need to put them in at the same time, on one request. Any new request cancels the previous request.

    It’s two different links though for him/her because one is us and the other is Canada.  I had to do two different entries myself.  Not sure why OP is having an issue

    Can anyone tell me if you tried adding a show and it came up with this will cancel your previous request if you didn't proceed would your first request still be valid?

    I don't know, but you can view your current request by clicking up somewhere near the top of the screen (three dots, three lines etc depending on your browser).

    I don't know, but you can view your current request by clicking up somewhere near the top of the screen (three dots, three lines etc depending on your browser).
    It's closed now so can't see. I haven't got an email saying it's cancelled.I didn't go to the next step adding my CC details. I just hope by clicking on the requested show didn't cancel my first request I did 2 days ago. I guess I will find out later today as to whether I get an email or not. :(

    No I can't see anything, No cancellation email yet. so I hope thats a good thing.
