ticket swapping

sorry if there's a thread discussing this already, but i was curious, is there a way to swap tickets before the day of the actual show? example, if i had mansfield tickets and wanted to swap with someone who had MSG tickets, is there a way to swap tickets without going to meet the person i was swapping with down in NYC before the day of the show (like via mail or email...etc)?

    why would you buy tickets to mansfield if you are going to swap them that is why people like me didnt get any today =(

    haha i'm talking hypothetically right now. my father and i tried yesterday for MSG and failed like a lot of other people it sounds like. but we got mansfield today and i was just curious if i REALLY wanted to go to MSG if swapping tickets was even remotely possible. i still think i'd go to mansfield anyways, should be EXCELLENT.

    I read that too that is why I dont understand how I see tickets for sale for the mansfield show from scalpers? how is this happening? ten club pre sale should be for major pearl jam fans so they can see their favorite band but when jerks but them and sell them that is just ridiculous. (im not insinuating the person who asked about trading im talking scalpers)

    Im sorry im ranting just really bummed about not getting tickets today - along with others Im sure.

    They should extend the tour one day and add another show.

    You have to pick up 10c tickets at will-call.. the day of the show.. That makes it impossible for scalpers to get them and sell them.. What you are seeing is promotional tickets for sale.. you don't even know where your 10C seats are until you pick them up a couple hours before the show..
    Buy the ticket, Take the ride..
