    I know this is posted on another thread--sorry--but I called Kufala and they were really helpful and friendly.

    I will absolutely agree that they were very friendly. They are replacing my scratched Bonaroo discs no questions asked. The reality is though...have they EVER heard of quality control? There is no reason why this many people should be getting the wrong order, the wrong discs, the wrong quantity, the songs misspelled, etc...

    It's just ridiculous at this point

    Well I did receive my third order today and it is complete. Camden I, II and DC.

    I have still not yet received a reply to my contact with Kufala regarding my missing boots. I did receive an auto acknowledgement but nothing back to confirm that I will receive my 2 missing copies of Bonnaroo.

    btw, in another thread, I had stated that there were gaps between tracks on the Bonnaroo boot that I did receive. ONLY when I played it on my desktop using the Media player. why? i dunno.

    The Bonnaroo boot sounds AWESOME in my car stereo and there are NO GAPS.

    I knew they would come through for you. They definitely try and make things right.

    The guy I talked to was cool as shit. Had everything corrected and the right boots in my mailbox 3 days later. Just like everybody else has said, they let me keep the screw ups.

    I was so impressed that I went and bought 2 more sets. Sending one set to a fellow jammer who is stationed in Afghanistan. Put the other set away for my kiddo.

    You know, instead of coming on here bitching about every detail, be THANKFUL we got Bootlegs. I was missing one disc from one boot in my order, called the phone number attached in the invoice (DIDNT YOU SEE IT?), and spoke with a VERY cool employee and voila! I had the missing disc 2 DAYS LATER! All you fuckers keep bitching, maybe we won't get boots next time around. FUCK OFF!

    That's a mixed view. Some folks do complain a bit over the top but others are simply discussing there concerns for products they bought from a business and that's acceptable. Telling people to fuck off though is never acceptable behavior.

    Private message is the key word, and only after you snapped at me and took things wrong. That's not the point here though. Nothing to polish here bro. It is what it is. I think there is a better way of expressing yourself without calling people names in the public domain is all. But you know what bro. I extend my absolute apologies for the misunderstanding just the same. No one is perfect.
